SmartAdapt Service is an adaptive engineering process that allows us to adjust our equipment to real production contexts while maintaining the same standards of reliability, safety, and efficiency that characterize our core portfolio.
SmartAdapt combines methodology and intelligence: it applies the Stage-Gate model, integrating IPD (Integrated Product Development) and Operational Excellence principles to ensure control, traceability, and transparency at every stage.
Here, the client isn't just a receiver, it is part of the process.
Phase 1 .
Diagnosis & Technical Assessment
The process begins with detailed production environment diagnostics. Antropos teams analyze workflows, cycle times, ergonomics, safety, and integration with existing systems. From there, we define functional requirements, performance objectives, and success criteria.
Phase 2.
Conceptual Engineering
Based on diagnostics, we develop the technical concept adapted to the client's process, using 3D modeling, digital simulation, and flow analysis. This phase marks the first "gate" of the process: client and Antropos align the concept, evaluate alternatives, and approve technical direction.
Result: Detailed proposal with performance forecasts, expected gains, and execution timeline.
Phase 3.
Development & Technical Integration
We apply Design for Manufacturing (DfM), Design for Assembly (DfA), and Human-Centered Engineering principles, ensuring perfect integration between form, function, and operation. We develop technical drawings, materials lists, automation programs, and AI parameterization when applicable.
During development, joint technical checkpoints are conducted to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
Phase 4
Testing, Validation & Certification
No Antropos equipment is delivered without complete testing. We execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before shipping, validating mechanical, electrical, and software performance. After installation, we conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with the client, verifying safety, reliability, repeatability, and CE compliance.
Every test is documented and approved, ensuring total transparency and technical confidence.
Phase 5
Installation, Training & Assisted Operation
Installation is conducted by the engineering team that developed the project, ensuring consistency between design and execution. During assembly, we train operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors. After startup, we maintain an assisted monitoring period, adjusting parameters and collecting real performance data.
The client receives technical reports (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and optimization recommendations.
Phase 6
Continuous Improvement & Evolution
Even after delivery, the project doesn't end. Antropos maintains a Continuous Improvement policy, analyzing operational data and proposing technical upgrades, software improvements, and mechanical optimizations. This permanent cycle ensures sustained performance, predictability, and long-term value.
